To effectively communicate and coordinate with customer, sales-force, warehouse, for production of materials requested in a timely manner for transportation of al shipments.

Receive order request by phone, fax, e-mail, and on site visitation

Prepare bills of lading, coordinate with warehouse of production of materials

Prepare pallet tags, copy production blending information, prepare inserts if necessary signatures on the bill of lading

Check weights, counts of materials for billing and inventory purposes

Verify all information between the customer and sales force regarding billing shipping, pricing of all products

Check all shipping dates, verify the load is completed for all shipments

Verify freight rates, coordinate with various authorities about loads within a timely manner for the import /export of shipments

Maintain inventory, shipping, tonnage sales; retain overload permits, and all records regarding sales history

Maintain accurate records for NAFTA, and driver safety information

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Requires attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently; proficiency with PC applications. (Excel, Word,)
