  Responsabilidades Clave:
  
  --- Asistencia al Cliente: Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes varados que necesitan asistencia en carretera para veh--culos de alquiler.
  
  --- Resoluci--n de Problemas: Evaluar cada situaci--n para determinar la mejor soluci--n, como gestionar el remolque, solicitar asistencia en carretera o brindar cualquier otro apoyo necesario.
  
  --- Coordinaci--n de Servicios: Coordinar con los proveedores de servicios para garantizar una asistencia oportuna al cliente.
  
  --- Seguimiento: Asegurar que los clientes reciban la ayuda necesaria y dar seguimiento para garantizar su seguridad y satisfacci--n.
  
  --- Documentaci--n: Mantener registros precisos de todas las interacciones con los clientes y los servicios prestados.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide patient, empathetic, and effective customer service.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers during stressful situations.
  • Shift Flexibility: Availability to all shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background screening.
  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Assessments: Candidates must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80% prior to interviewing.
