Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair center, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning repair processes, and working with team members to ensure quality repairs are completed on time.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Examine vehicles and develop efficient repair strategies.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve repair goals.
  
• Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining timely completion.
  
• Make informed decisions regarding repair vs. replace, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
  
• Remove and replace vehicle components as needed.
  
• Participate in required safety meetings.
  
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
  
• Supervise apprentices as needed, providing guidance on tasks and procedures.
  
  Qualifications
  • 
    
  • Ability to operate a frame machine.
    
  • Certification in body repair is preferred.
    
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
    
  • I-CAR welding certification.
    
  • Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
    
  • Supervisory experience in repair personnel.
    
  • Ability to pass thorough background checks.
