Description The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. • PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire Preferred Qualifications:
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
