opportunities for YOU. ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant
is responsible for assisting both the Facility Administrator &
Clinical Administrator with a wide range of administrative and
project management functions related to the general operation of
the organization and its various events as well as
community/teammate/patient-related endeavors. Key
Responsibilities:Excellent organizational and administrative skills
and the ability to take a pro-active, self-directed approachStrong
computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)Proficient in email communication
software such as Microsoft OfficeThorough knowledge of general
office procedures and practicesExceptional support skills,
including the ability to respond to members, internal staff and
others in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly
mannerExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and
complete multiple tasks within established deadlinesAbility to work
well under pressureWillingness to effectively work in a
team-oriented environment and alongside a highly committed
staffPositively represent the association both in a professional
and personal settingAbility and willingness to work occasional

QualificationsBA/BS PreferredHS Diploma RequiredMinimum of 3 to 5
