• Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification must be from AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY
• NRP certification required for applicable staff
• CHEMO certification may be required for certain positions
• EFM and NIH Stroke Certification required for specific roles
• CPI may be required depending on candidate's role and department
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required for some roles
• Competency exams to be completed on a unit-by-unit basis
• IV Certification required for certain LVN/LPN/Other roles
