Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Med-Surg/Tele) to provide high-quality, direct patient care under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager.

This role involves comprehensive nursing responsibilities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for patients across the healthcare continuum.

The RN is accountable for delivering clinical, educational, and quality-focused care, while managing patient outcomes in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and ensure professional performance in all aspects of the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and manage care for patients and their families across the continuum of healthcare services.
• Use the nursing department--------s model of care to ensure clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with various healthcare team members to facilitate smooth communication and efficient care.
• Maintain and adhere to agency policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in delivering care.
• Report directly to the Unit Nurse Manager regarding patient care and outcomes. Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 24 months of experience as a Med-Surg/Tele RN in a hospital setting.
  • Skills:Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data and information.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with healthcare team members, patients, and their families.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
    
  • Education:Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred). Licenses & Certifications:
    • Current RN license to practice professional nursing.
    • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications through AHA.
      
      Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
