  • Locals approved at $10 lower bill rate

    • Job Requirements
    • 2 MMR Vaccines or Positive Titer with proof
    • 2 Varicella Vaccines or Positive Titer with proof
    • IGRA/TSPOT, QGold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months of start date
    • Flu Vaccine required during flu season (10/15-3/31) with possible declination
    • COVID Vaccines or Declination documentation required

      • Position may require floating between units
      • On-call not an obligation for this position
      • Weekend shifts are mandatory, up to 4 in 6 weeks
